When asked why coming to Paint a Miracle is so important for her, Nicole says, “Everything else in her life is so hard. At the studio I can just have fun”.

At the age of 22, Nicole suffered a devastating stroke. Her recovery from the stroke has been a long, hard road. She had to re-learn basic life skills, walking and talking.

Nicole has developed a very distinct style. The canvas is painted first with soft colors. Her brushstrokes are applied in carefully striated strokes. She now has a wonderful following of patrons who buy her paintings. Creating art gives her peace and joy!
